How does 13A Visa work?

The 13A Spousal Visa entails a 2-stage process, offering a seamless pathway to long-term residency in the Philippines

Stage 1: Conversion to 13A Probationary Residency

In this stage:
✔️ The applicant is granted a 13A probationary visa
✔️ An ACR I Card (Alien Certificate of Registration) is issued, valid for 1 year
