The 13A Spousal Visa entails a 2-stage process, offering a seamless pathway to long-term residency in the Philippines
Conversion to 13A Probationary Residency
During this period, applicants receive a visa and an Alien Certificate of Registration Identity Card (ACR I Card) valid for one year.
Amendment to 13A Permanent Residency
During this stage, the visa holder is granted a permanent visa and an ACR I Card valid for a renewable period of five years. This provides long-term stability and peace of mind, enabling spouses to fully embrace their life in the Philippines.
